What we collect

Enquiry details you send through the consultation form: first and last name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number and your message.
Messages and photos you choose to send us on WhatsApp or by email. Photos and health information are special category data and are used only to assess your enquiry.
Website usage data collected by Google Analytics and Google Ads (for example pages visited, device type, approximate location and whether you clicked our phone or WhatsApp links).

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation (your consent and steps taken at your request before any treatment).
To assess whether a procedure may be suitable for you (your explicit consent when you send health information or photos).
To measure and improve our website and advertising (legitimate interests / your consent where required). We do not use health information for advertising.

Who we share it with

Your details are shared only with the surgeon and his patient coordination team, and with service providers that help us run this website and our communications (such as our web host, email provider, WhatsApp/Meta and Google). Some of these providers are located outside the UK; where data is transferred, appropriate safeguards are used. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted within 24 months. Medical records of treated patients are kept for the period required by Turkish law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing draliakkus@gmail.com. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
